Last quarter seven Tri-Valley based companies raised rounds over $1M, four were acquired and three made acquisitions. We saw a slowdown in activity attributed to seasonality but early signs are suggesting an increase in Q1.
Private companies in the Tri-Valley collectively raised over $100 million in the third quarter of 2019. Eleven Tri-Valley companies were acquired during this time. The acquisition market was strong in both directions, with local companies making six acquisitions of their own.
